I was scrolling through this really interesting blog ( http://artsponge.wordpress.com/) during a really dull Referencing lecture, and I found myself stuck on this image by David Montes.

it reminded me of the landscapes I saw in Peru and Patagonia. Particularly two lagoons at the top of a very steep (at very high altitude) mountain in Peru.

It brought me back to the awe of nature I felt whilst out there. It's so easy to flip back into normal everyday city life that its easy to push these memories aside, but it's magnificent when something makes the memories light up again.

Went to Glasgow last night to chill with Joe, Hannah and Felix. We went to a really nice little tea/shisha place hidden behind some houses. I had Fairy Berry Bush tea..hah. yum.

On the way I got a new idea for a project after seeing lots of sheep with blue bums, those who had been 'rammed' by the ram. I was looking for one that hadn't been done. Then thought this would make an amusing poster.

ok you can't see the sheep..

Hopefully it's gna be a series of posters titled 'Are you satisfied?'.

If i get my arse into gear, they will appear here shortly..

Today (Sunday) I walked up Arthur's Seat to get the blood pumping.

reminds me of the entrance to Solar bar in Kreuzberg. It was really dark and had high ceilings with different coloured paper jelly fish lights. Wunderbar.

I've been doing a blog - http://sofardocumentation.blogspot.com -for our FYS exhibition 'So Far...' at the Art's Complex in Edinburgh on Fri 13th Nov, so I think I should pay some attention to my own blog.

College is good, although I need to get myself into the print rooms and learn printmaking etc.

I'm pretty much decided I want to head in the Graphic Design direction.

Not really into Installation/Sculpture any more.

I'm at ECA now wooop!
Met some really good people, lots of shits and giggles.

We did a mini project in small groups, we had to find a place in the college that excited us and to use paper to explore the space.
We found a pretty cool postgraduate studio with animal toy figures so we played off that. I did a weird beaver/bear thing in a cage and others made cages and stuff out of paper with animal drawings.
Sounds odd, but really fun and then we went and altered other ppls work the next day.
I love it here already, fully want to be an art geek.

Also think i'm gna get a tattoo at xmas, not really sure tho..

I'm actually leaving work.. met some amazing people and learnt a lot! Almost like when i want traveling in how you learn about yourself and other the big L.I.F.E.

SHIT i'm going to uni in like 7 1/2 weeks. eeeeeeek.

The past 3 weekends have been really nice :)

Had really good times with friends who i've grown up with.

Saturday nights out followed by chillaxing sundays with the crew are sweeeeeet.

Wish we had a house. Doh.

I probably should get some sleep though. But sleep is for the weak..soooo.

Been listening to nice dancey remixes like Teddybears mix of Still Alive, Calvin + dizzee and Katy Perry + Calvin remix. Alongside wolfgang + pete docherty FOR LOOVVVEERRRSSSS and Beyonce and Florence and the machine.

How exciiiiiting.
